Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use thepandapit.com or buy from The Panda Pit, which is run by Stephens Publishing LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Our products
Every book, coloring book, and calendar is printed to order for you by our print partners. Colors in print can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen.
Products marked “Coming soon” are not for sale yet. Signing up to be emailed when one is ready does not reserve a copy or guarantee a release date or price.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to any US address. If sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your order is placed once payment is complete and you see the order confirmation page.
If a price on our site is wrong or we can't fulfill an order, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.
Cancellations
Your order goes to our print partner as soon as your payment clears, so we can't guarantee a cancellation. If you need to cancel, email admin@thepandapit.com right away. If we catch the order before printing starts, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Shipping
Your order is printed and then shipped to the address you give at checkout. Please check that address carefully; we can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
If your order is late or seems lost, email admin@thepandapit.com and we'll track it down with our print partner.
Damaged or misprinted items
If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email admin@thepandapit.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Returns
Because each item is printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Damaged and misprinted items are always covered, as described above.

The Adventures of Panda and Luna, including its stories, characters, illustrations, and coloring pages, is © Stephens Publishing LLC. All rights reserved.
You're welcome to read, color, and share the books and pages you buy with your family and friends. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them, or use the characters or artwork, for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep product information accurate and the site available, but the site is provided “as is,” and we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a problem comes up, please email admin@thepandapit.com first so we can try to fix it. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and either of us may use small-claims court for claims that qualify.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at thepandapit.com/privacy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.
