This policy explains what information Stephens Publishing LLC (“we”) collects through thepandapit.com, home of The Adventures of Panda and Luna, and how we use it.

Who we are
The Panda Pit (thepandapit.com) is run by Stephens Publishing LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us by email at admin@thepandapit.com or by mail at Stephens Publishing LLC, 26246 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Unit #242, Lutz, FL 33559.
Information we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout page, and they go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you ask us to email you when a product is ready: your email address and the product you asked about.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Automatically: our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, and the pages requested). We use them only to keep the site secure and working.
With your permission only: usage statistics from Google Analytics (see “Analytics” below).
How we use it
To process, print, ship, and support your order, including order confirmations and delivery updates.
To email you when a product you asked about is ready, plus occasional Panda and Luna news, if you signed up.
To answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
Stripe processes payments. Our print partners, Prodigi (calendars) and Bookvault (books and coloring books), receive your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number to print and deliver your order. Shopify stores our email sign-up list and sends our emails through Shopify Email. Vercel hosts the website. Google Analytics receives usage statistics only if you accept analytics.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Email updates
If you sign up to hear when something is ready, we'll email you when it is, plus occasional Panda and Luna news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll remove you.
Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to see, in general terms, which pages and books visitors look at. We don't send your name, email address, or order details to Google Analytics.
We don't turn this on until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you choose "No thanks," nothing is measured. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
We don't use this data for advertising. We don't run ads, we don't build advertising profiles, and we don't share this data with Google for ad purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
Our site saves your cart and your cookie choice in your own browser so they're remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device.
Google Analytics sets its cookies only after you accept analytics. Stripe's checkout page sets the cookies it needs to process payments securely.
Children's privacy
Our books are for children, but this website and our store are for parents and other adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Google Analytics: detailed event data for 2 months and visitor-level data for 14 months, then Google deletes it automatically.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@thepandapit.com. We'll reply within 30 days. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have on file.
Some states give residents specific privacy rights. We honor these requests from customers in every state.
Security
We use established providers for payments, hosting, and email, and only the people who run the store can see customer information. No system is perfectly secure. If a security problem affects your information, we'll tell you.
Where we operate
We sell and ship to addresses in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
